Our client is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the skincare or cosmetics industry and will ensure that all supply chain operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's high-quality standards.
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire supply chain, from procurement of raw materials to the distribution of finished products.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination across all supply chain functions.
Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality standards for raw materials.
Monitor and forecast demand to ensure inventory levels are maintained and production requirements are met.
Identify and implement improvements to the supply chain to reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance sustainability.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality control standards, particularly in relation to skincare product manufacturing.
Oversee logistics and distribution networks, ensuring efficient delivery of products to customers and maintaining a smooth flow of goods.
Analyze supply chain performance and produce regular reports on key metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Mitigate risks in the supply chain by identifying potential disruptions and implementing contingency plans.
Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with environmental sustainability practices and company policies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships and collaborating with internal teams.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management best practices, particularly in the skincare or cosmetics industry.

Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in the skincare or cosmetics manufacturing process.
Ability to manage logistics and inventory, ensuring efficient and timely product delivery.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role, preferably within the skincare, cosmetics, or related industry.
Proven experience in managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and optimizing supply chain processes.
Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
Experience with sustainability initiatives in the supply chain is a plus.
Qualifications: A relevant degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
