NB: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities, but who have reasonable access to transport, may also apply.Recommendation:3-year B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification).Experience in supply chain management, finance, or internal audit.Key Performance Areas:Provide administrative support to ensure the implementation of an effective supply chain management system by verifying compliance with departmental policies, processes, procedures, and relevant legislative frameworks.Perform activities to contribute to the building of capacity within the supply chain management unit and the department.Render clerical support for assessing compliance with supply chain management tender processes, including filing documentation and drafting letters/responses to suppliers.Contribute to the implementation and support of capacity building programmes.Perform administrative activities relating to supply chain management acquisition and contract management.Provide general administrative support.Skills Needed:Good understanding of supply chain duties and practices.Ability to capture data accurately.Proficiency in operating computers and collecting statistics.Knowledge of the legislative framework governing the public service.Strong typing, numeracy, and communication skills.Remuneration: R 216 417 per annum (Salary level 5)Note on remuneration: Service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc.)
