The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial aspects of the organizations supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial functions for two manufacturing/supply chain sites, ensuring alignment with the broader global strategy.
Provide financial leadership, reporting, and strategic insight to drive profitability and efficiency within the supply chain.
Collaborate closely with operations teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Lead financial planning and control activities, including cash flow management, cost controls, and inventory accounting.
Manage financial audits, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies across both sites.
Partner with senior management to provide financial insights that support decision-making, growth, and operational improvements.
Mentor and lead a small team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Skills and Educational Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager within a multinational manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Strong hands-on approach, with the ability to work across multiple sites and engage directly with operational teams.
Solid understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain finance principles.
Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
Bachelors degree in finance,
Accounting, or related field; CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is highly preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
