Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Director to lead our organization's supply chain operations at SKG Properties. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the entire supply chain, from sourcing and procurement to logistics and distribution, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of materials and services to our construction projects and properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex supply chains, driving efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals. Optimize processes for procurement, production, and distribution. Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. Vendor Management and Negotiation: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues promptly. Logistics Oversight: Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory. Streamline logistics processes to minimize lead times. Collaborate with freight forwarders and carriers. Supply Chain Analytics: Leverage data to forecast demand, track performance, and identify trends. Implement data-driven decisions for inventory management and demand planning. Continuously improve supply chain efficiency. Risk Mitigation and Contingency Planning: Identify potential disruptions (e.g., natural disasters, geopolitical events). Develop robust contingency plans to maintain continuity. Monitor geopolitical and regulatory changes affecting supply chains. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, quality, and finance teams. Align supply chain activities with production schedules and demand forecasts. Foster collaboration to optimize end-to-end processes. Technology Integration: Stay abreast of supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP systems, blockchain). Implement and optimize relevant IT solutions. Enhance visibility and traceability across the supply chain. Performance Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor metrics related to cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with import/export regulations. Address legal and regulatory requirements. Uphold ethical standards in supply chain practices. Leadership and Team Development: Lead and inspire a diverse team of supply chain professionals. Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development. Create a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
