Supply Chain & Commercial Security Lead

This role involves coordination, management, supervision, and providing expert advice to our Supply Chain Commercial teams.
Relevant degree/diploma in Security and Investigation.Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain.At least 2 years' experience in risk management.Experience working in a multinational environment.Familiarity with ISO 3000 requirements.Solid experience in investigating and compiling reports.Proficiency in MS Office.Behavioral Competencies: Integrity.Strong planning and execution skills with a bias for action.Ability to train and work effectively in teams.High personal integrity, accountability, and responsibility.Strong investigative skills.Excellent drive and networking capabilities at the local level.Initiative and innovation.Identify, evaluate, and mitigate threats to personnel, assets, and business operations in a timely and cost-effective manner.Secure personnel, properties, and assets from internal and external security breaches.Coordinate the activities of third-party security contractors and internal security personnel.Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments.Investigate supply chain and commercial cases, including fleet management.Provide support for events management.Assist the Cluster SMS Manager in driving cluster security initiatives.Drive standardization across supply chain sites, including third-party sites.Ensure compliance with site security standards.
