REQUIREMENTS:Mandatory NQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent.Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or 4-5 years related experience in a similarStrong MS Office experience with focus on ExcelStrong communication skills, both written and verbalOrion or SAPRESPONSIBILITIES:Working in alignment with Factory to ensure sufficient stock availability to fulfil all pending ordersWorking in alignment with 3-PL partner to ensure that all orders are being deliveredCo-ordinating with suppliers and Factory to ensure flawless flow of raw materialsProvision snippet of daily sales progressConducting monthly stock take and reconciliation with accounting systemPerforming supplier and customer reconciliationAssistance with annual reconciliations regarding operations and financialsInventory counts cycle and full planning and execution.Compliance to all best practice and supporting and executing all end-to-end processes related to Inbound outbound and storage.Analysis and ReportingDaily Inbound and Outbound ReportingMonthly Stock Counts and Cycle Counts ReportingStock Ageing ReportingDaily SOH ReportingGAP Analysis on sales out to customers and effectively raising any supply chain challenges to managementMonthly Stock Take reporting: physical vs accounting systemMonthly warehouse and logistics provisionsEnsuring that FIFO is applied and followed in warehouseDrive all inventory reconciliation of monthly and ensure filing is made on time with limited risk to being imposed.Assistance to provide any information pertaining to internal and external audits when they arise.Financial and AdministrationProvide monthly costing for warehouse and logistics
