Minimum RequirementsSupply Chain Management or Quantity Surveying Degree or a minimum of 10 years experienceFamiliarity with bid processes on various levelsAt least 9 years experience in Build Environment Professional Service Provider Bid submissionsPrevious experience working at a Consulting Engineer firmUnderstanding of GCC, FIDIC, NEC, and JBCC contractsExcellent command of EnglishThorough understanding of Construction Quality Assurance and Control, Industry Standards, Construction Administration, and Progress measurement.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and submit bids, requests for proposals, requests for quotations, and expressions of interest for professional service providers, adhering to procurement guidelines.Oversee the bid database and manage panel appointments, including:Issuing validity noticesResponding to bid inquiriesTracking closed bidsIdentifying relevant bidsPlease note that when applying, ensure your CV is in WORD or PDF format, and not scanned.
