Minimum Requirements Supply Chain Management or Quantity Surveying Degree or a 10 years experienceFamiliar with bid processes on various levelsAt least 9 years experience in Build Environment Professional Service Provider Bid submissionsPrevious experience working at a Consulting Engineer firmUnderstanding: GCC, FIDIC, NEC, JBCC contractsExcellent command of EnglishThorough understanding of Construction Quality Assurance and Control, Industry Standards, Construction Administration and Progress measurement. Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and submit bids, requests for proposals, requests for quotations, and expressions of interest for professional service providers, adhering to procurement guidelines.Oversee the bid database and manage panel appointments, including:Issuing validity noticesResponding to bid inquiriesTracking closed bidsIdentifying relevant bids When applying, ensure your CV is in WORD of PDF format, and not scanned.
