Supply Chain AdministratorsWe are urgently looking for Supply Chain Administrators for our client based in the Western Cape in the Fleet Management industry. This is a 12 - 24 months contract.MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSEDuties & ResponsibilitiesHandle the activities of orders, purchases, receiving, storing and issuing of goods.Administer and handle tender and contract information.Update the tender, contract, and limited bid registers on a monthly basis.Maintenance of supplier database registers.Assist with aspects in the management of the asset register, including that of asset verifications.Procurement of office equipment and other supplies as a support service.Deal with receipt and settlement of invoices for goods and services received.Assist with financial reporting activities and perform actions in the execution of the activities.Desired Experience & QualificationGrade 12 with accounting as a passed subject (OR accounting in tertiary qualification).Valid driver's license. Own transport to/from and between operational sites.A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.Availability to work overtime, on weekends, and on a shift or rotational basis if required.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Fluent in English - spoken, reading, and written.Package & RemunerationSalary: R 286.68 per hour (min 172 hrs per month).Contract: 12 - 24 months as an independent contractor.Locations: Greater Cape Town metropole.Interested?Only applicants that meet the minimum requirements will be considered!Please apply directly through Pnet.
