Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate sales associates to achieve targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies.
Oversee inventory control and visual merchandising.
Train and mentor staff on company policies and sales techniques.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years in clothing retail (non-negotiable).
Transport: Must have own transport.
