Supervisor Shift Load Out - Mining, EE
Location: 29 km from Kathu, Northern Cape, South Africa
Experience: 8 years | Qualification: NQF 4 in First Line Supervision
Preference will be given to women in mining and designated groups in accordance with the Company's Employment Equity Plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12
Programme in First Line Management (Recommended)
Certificate / Qualification in First Line Supervision (NQF level 4 - 150 credits)
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of five (5) years operational Senior Process Controller - Load Out experience (Automated production plant, preference to Iron Ore) and Rail involvement
Minimum of three (3) years Team / Project leader / Supervisor experience in a mining production environment, relieving experience as well as experience in Rails
