Supervisor Process Miller

Main Objectives:
To obtain optimum output, granulation and product quality by adjustments and controlling of the extrusion and milling plant. The target is to obtain optimum production performance. Stand in for Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Extrusion and milling process control Managing the team. Production statements / OEE Planning - Packing Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. Monitoring product standard and implementing quality-control programmes. Quality consistency Maintenance Capacity utilisation Housekeeping Standard operating procedures Liaising with different departments to achieve business goals. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed. Management of production teams as well as motivating teams to achieve business goals. Invocom facilitation and coaching Completion of Health and safety records Completion of Food safety records CIP's Skills and Attributes Required:
Ability to function in a team. Good communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work under pressure. Be self-motivated. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
