Minimum Requirements:
Matric or Equivalent
Computer Literacy: MS Suite (Intermediate)
Minimum 4 years' experience in Retail Warehousing
At least 2 years' experience in Supervisor role in Retail Warehousing with hands-on-experience in Managing a team of subordinates
Proficient in all key ops processes, including inbound, put-away, bin maintenance, cycle counting, picking, packing, dispatching and returns
Managing investigations tracker of Customer complaints received
Accurately report on daily Operations stats
Ability to work extended hours when required

Main Purpose of the Role:
Successfully manage the department and subordinates in accordance with the client SLA, including but not limited to order fulfillment, staff management and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Effective knowledge and hands on experience related to Inbound, Stock Management, Outbound, Order Fulfilment, Return processes and facility housekeeping
Effective Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving and implementation of Corrective and Preventative Measures (CAPA)
Effectively plan resources to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed on time and accurately
Communicate frequently (written and verbal) to manage and meet both internal and external customer expectations
Manage a safe working environment, processes and equipment that are fully compliant with Site Rules, OHS Act, DSV Policies, Regulations and Work Instructions
Ensure time and attendance is accurately managed and staff discipline managed according to company policies
Understand the agreed SLA and action accordingly
