Job Description Job Title: Supervisor Investigation Requisition Number : SSGS0060108 Reference : SSGSAD0009122 Type of Employment : Permanent Location : Region Services SA, Protection Services Gold Function : Protection Services Job Grading : C4 About the Role The Supervisor Investigation is responsible for preventing, detecting, and investigating various criminal or irregular activities within Sibanye-Stillwater operations.
This includes conducting forensic reviews, coordinating covert operations, and collaborating with law enforcement and other strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities Prevention, detection, and investigation of criminal or irregular activities.
Coordinating and participating in covert operations to detect crimes.
Liaising with SAPS, Department of Justice, National Prosecuting Authority, and other partners.
Conducting forensic reviews within the procurement environment to identify risks.
Providing feedback on incidents and maintaining the online database.
Requirements The Appointee Should Have Qualifications and Skills National Diploma in Security Risk Management or Law .
At least 5 years' experience in commercial investigations.
Proven experience in investigating complex, serious, and organized crime.
Advanced knowledge of security and investigation procedures and policies.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages .
Additional Requirements Willingness to travel extensively and work extended hours when required.
Successful completion of screening, verification, credit, and criminal checks.
Medical fitness as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the Sibanye-Stillwater Occupational Health Centre.
