Supervisor: Hedge Fund Accounting

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor within the Hedge Fund Accounting space, to join our client, a leading Financial Services company. In this role you will be responsible for managing the pricing department. The suitable individual will run the day-to-day asset administration of local and offshore portfolios.Responsibilities:Demonstrate technical and management leadership in the subject of fund accountingManagement of all deadlines and deliverables in the end-to-end process from trade cycle, corporateevents, price scrubbing and other inputs to the dissemination of the finalized NAVMinimizing errors through implementing extra controls and optimizing processesManage, motivate, and mentor the fund accounting teamIdentify training and development needs of the team to ensure continuity in our service deliveryParticipate and collaborate with internal and external teams to minimize risk and streamline processes affecting the departmentAdhering to TCF principlesReview and sign off fund distributions and underlying FOF distributions monthlyReview and sign off weekly corporate event checksReview and sign off all quarterly reportingRequirements:Tertiary QualificationMinimum of 5 years' experience with the financial services industryPrevious experience managing a teamPlease note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
