Supervisor (Galitos - Vryburg)

Job Advert Summary
This position is located in Vryburg, North West.
We are looking for an individual who has previous experience as a Supervisor within the hospitality environment, who performs their tasks with integrity and with attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 will be essential.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Computer literacy.
Excellent communication, organisational and strategy skills.
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
Experience in a busy fast-food environment will be advantageous.
Excellent administration skills.
Leadership and decision-making ability.
Attention to detail is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure daily housekeeping is done throughout the whole restaurant.
Assisting and overseeing all the kitchen staff and their tasks.
Responsible for daily stock take.
Receiving and replenishing stock.
Communicate with management when stock levels are low.
Must be able to handle cash-ups.
Ensure that all station checklists are being used and that there are no bottlenecks.
Liaising with customers regarding orders or complaints.
Assist management to achieve operational targets.
