Hire Resolve's client is a leading mining company based in Gauteng, seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor Engineering Mechanical to join their team. This role involves overseeing mechanical maintenance and ensuring safety and efficiency in mining operations.

Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the mechanical maintenance team Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations Plan and schedule maintenance and repair activities Conduct inspections and assessments of equipment and machinery Implement and monitor maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability Provide technical support and guidance to the team Requirements: Grade 12 N4 Mechanical Engineering qualification Valid Trade Test Certificate (Fitter, Boilermaker, Millwright, Diesel Mechanic) 7 years' Shaft, Conveyance, and associated Infrastructure maintenance experience Previous supervisory experience Valid driver's license Benefits: Salary: Negotiable Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
