Apply all company policies and procedures and best practice principles to maintain a harmonious labour environmentCheck forklifts are ready to operate by checking oil, water, and mechanical portsMonitor and manage staff attendanceEnsure customers driving into the yard are attended toEnsure legal compliance with all legislation relating to the operation of the business and take appropriate action in respect of all legal mattersReport any discrepancies to management immediatelyMaintain staff roster for weekends and public holidaysMaintain and manage stock effectively and accuratelyPhysically check stock and delivery vehicles leaving the yardUphold and promote the company values and cultureMinimum RequirementsGrade 122 years' experience in a similar roleTechnical qualification or DiplomaBasic computer skillsKnowledge of relevant systems
