The Campaign
You'll be part of one of the biggest cellular networks in the UK, dealing with sim swaps, network queries, and billing queries. The campaign operates in UK time, so be prepared to work shifts in South African times.

Job Description: Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the voice of our brand, communicating with customers, identifying their needs, and delivering a top-notch experience. You'll be the superhero they need, retaining customers, logging complaints, and offering new products and services that make their lives better.
Your Superpowers Academic: Grade 12 (Matric)Experience: 12 – 24 months in a Sales Call Center environmentSkills: Active listening, problem-solving, adaptability, and a customer-centric approachCommunication: High proficiency in written and verbal EnglishTech-Savvy: Moderate to advanced computer skills and system navigationYour Allies You'll be working closely with our operations/functional line and our external customers.
