Position: Superintendent Rehabilitation.Industry: Mining Industry.Location: Phalaborwa, Limpopo South Africa.Salary: Market related. Qualifications: BSc / BTech Engineering ONLY ( Extraction Metallurgical/Civil/ Hydrology) disciplines, will be considered.Manage Development certificate will be an advantage. Experience:5 years plus experience in Tailing Storage Facilities(TSF) in an extraction/production industry( mining/chemical). Responsibilities:Governance & Management of Operations: Managing and leading/ directing the organisational operations.Communication of Engagement of Stakeholders; Engaging customers and stakeholders (Internal and External).Leading and Management of Human Resources.Record Management and Reporting.Budgeting and Management of Financial Resources.Compliance to SHREQ Standards.Support production and Maintenance Processes.
