Position: Superintendent Rehabilitation. Industry: Mining Industry. Location: Phalaborwa, Limpopo South Africa. Salary: Market related. Qualifications: BSc / BTech Engineering ONLY ( Extraction Metallurgical/Civil/ Hydrology) disciplines, will be considered. Manage Development certificate will be an advantage. Experience: 5 years plus experience in Tailing Storage Facilities(TSF) in an extraction/production industry( mining/chemical). Responsibilities: Governance & Management of Operations: Managing and leading/ directing the organisational operations. Communication of Engagement of Stakeholders; Engaging customers and stakeholders (Internal and External). Leading and Management of Human Resources. Record Management and Reporting. Budgeting and Management of Financial Resources. Compliance to SHREQ Standards. Support production and Maintenance Processes.
