KAMOA COPPER SA is looking for a Superintendent I, Procurement & Sourcing The Kamoa Copper Mine, is a joint venture between Ivanhoe Mines (39.6%), Zijin Mining Group (39.6%), Crystal River Global Limited (0.8%) and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (20%). It's a very large, near-surface, flat-lying, stratiform copper deposit with adjacent prospective exploration areas within the Central African Copperbelt, at approximately 25 kilometres west of the town of Kolwezi and about 270 kilometres west of the provincial capital of Lubumbashi.Play your part in our team succeeding...To manage, oversee and execute all the purchasing and local development activities of Kamoa and to excel in service excellence. The incumbent manages and maintains all local corporate governance, local supplier development, local order processing, local vendor administration and purchasing administration.You will have the following:Purchasing Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Procurement managementDiploma or Degree in Finance, Procurement or Supply Chain Management5 - 6 Years local purchasing experience in the mining sector.Previous experience with Integrated Information Management SystemsFluency in French, English and Chinese is essential. Swahili is advantageous.
