As a Project Lead you will be responsible for:Recommend best practices for the entire solutionComply with all technical and business requirementsInfrastructure designBusiness analysisAssisting Business with POCs and business value calculationsGuide architecture design and best practicesSteering development and operations of Palantir solutions and features, in collaboration with partners in MunichWorking in the AGILE frameworkSystem implementationManage internal resources in strict adherence to the client's development standards for medium to large scale and high complexity projectsManage resources capacities across different deliverables and timelinesPrepare project cost budgets, timeframe estimates and milestones in conjunction with detailed client project plansManage different stakeholders within the department and on the client sideMonitor project performance, progress and risk statusRecommend to client the risk mitigating plansCommunicate with project stakeholders to manage expectations on project deliverablesReport project status & financials to client and management teamAdherence to system security measuresThis role has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost/budget, schedule, staffing requirements and contractual deliverablesTravel internationally on occasionQualifications/Experience:Mandatory skills:At least 8 years Project management experienceAt least 5 years business intelligence development experience (Tableau, Qlik, MS Power BI, or other BI tools)In-depth knowledge and experience of PMO activitiesProject FinancialsCombination of project management, functional and technical skillsEssential Skills Requirements:MBA or equivalent degreeExpert PMOQlikTableauAny additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) CharterAdvantageous Skills Requirements:Oracle, Postgres (SQL) (relational databases understanding)Schema design (Star, snowflake, etc)Jira and Confluence (advantageous)AWS (advantageous)AWM training and experience as an Agile Master (advantageous)Business process knowledge (advantageous)Data Science (advantageous)Between 7 - 10 Years
