Job Summary As a Studio Manager, you will oversee the operations and administration of our studio, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality output, and a positive working environment for our creative team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day studio activities, coordinating projects, and fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence. Your role will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of our studio as we strive to produce outstanding work that exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities Studio Operations: Manage all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility management, to ensure efficient workflow and optimal utilization of resources. Develop and implement studio policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Manage the monthly and quarterly communication plan per brand and ensure impeccable planning and end to end execution of campaigns. Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and procurement of supplies and resources as needed.
Project Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for the studio, project stakeholders, and internal teams, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth project execution from inception to completion. Liaise with external suppliers for quotations and invoices for Direct mailing campaigns. Ensure invoices and quotations are sent to Finance for approval on time. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters and other studio personnel, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and career growth. Facilitate team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and creative workshops to encourage creativity, innovation and problem-solving.
Inter Departmental Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our studio's work.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and analyses for the Chief Marketing Officer, providing insights into the studio's outputs.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (5 years) in studio management or production management within the creative industry, such as animation, design, advertising, or film. Experience in i-gaming and digital marketing Experience in Website UX and UI optimization. Experience in working on multiple brands at the same time Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp. Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools used in creative production, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, or Final Cut Pro. Strong leadership qualities, including team-building, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
