Student Recruitment Representative

Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship management: Relationship marketing with key stakeholders: Schools, parents and prospects.Promotion: Database and lead generation of suitable candidates according to set targets.Sales: Lead conversion to student enrollments according to set targets.Administrative: Customer Relationship Management on the EMC system, tracking pipeline activities.Event Organisation: Initiate, organize and attend events such as open days, school talks, and industry trade shows.Required Minimum Education/Qualification· A Matric Certificate· A Somatology, Health & Skin Care, or Beauty Therapy qualification · Willingness and ability to travel extensively for recruitment activities drivers license essentialAt least three years experience in a similar or sales & marketing roleFully bilingual - Afrikaans & English due to client base Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application as unsuccessful
