Responsibilities:Manage the overall students experience from the time they join MDIS till they graduate from the course they study.Monitor and maintain student attendance records and batch files to ensure accuracy and reliability.Offer academic support and guidance to students.Requirements:Minimum Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in education or service-oriented industryKnowledge of Microsoft ExcelMature, responsible, and proactive attitude;Strong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in administrative tasks and IT skillsAbility to think analytically, operate efficiently and communicate effectively
