Our exceptional growth is creating a once in a lifetime opportunity for suitable incumbents.Job PurposeTo recruit new students through the application of the Rosebank College methodology and create effective stakeholder relationship management and brand awareness. The mandate includes the implementation of the total sales and marketing process to achieve the pre-set targets.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule and attend visits to allocated schools and career fairs.Establish and foster productive relationships with teachers, principals, and other relevant partners.Initiate appropriate sales drives and promotional activities to generate leads/enquiries and to convert enquiries into applications.Build and manage relationships with current students (rollover), prospective students (new) and their parents at all relevant touchpoints during the application process to the standards agreed.Attend to queries from students or parents timeously to ensure a positive service experience for prospective students.Keep regular records (STASY, appointment forms) of engagement with prospective students (telephone conversations, appointments, email enquiries, open days, events).Receive, evaluate, process and report on applications and registrations from prospective students.Provide applicants with regular feedback on their application status and implement regular sales and marketing initiatives to convert applications into registrations.Achieve monthly/annual individual registration targets.Minimum RequirementsDiploma or equivalent in Marketing/Sales/Public Relations.A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales.Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.Experience in the higher education industry will be advantageous.Must have a valid driver's license.Key CompetenciesKnowledge and understanding of the South African higher education systems and regulatory framework.Ability to manage time effectively.Attention to detail.Target Driven.Customer service oriented.Ability to effectively cope with change.Deadline oriented and can work well under pressure.Ability to work in a team environment.Effective communication skills.Working HoursClasses are scheduled from 08h00 until 17h00, Monday to Friday.SalaryMarket related.EnquiriesFor enquiries, please feel free to contact the campus recruiter at 051 101 0414.Rosebank College is an equal opportunities employer; however, preference will be given to EE and South African candidates.
