They are dedicated to fostering a supportive and dynamic learning environment that empowers students to achieve their academic and personal goals.JOB PURPOSEPosition Focus:Brand PositioningSchool TargetingSchool PresentationsCareer fairsDatabase collection and managementCalls and the conversion of booked Appointments to ArrivalsReception ProtocolsInterviews and the conversion to Applications and RegistrationsTo work with Vice Principal: Student Affairs (VPSA) to ensure:You develop relationships with stakeholders in the target school assigned to youYou conduct high energy school presentations and your presence at school career fairs is professional and engaging at schools assigned to youYou have detailed knowledge of all the institution's programmes, their module composition, and pricing structures and can market and sell them to students and their parentsYou have detailed knowledge of all bursaries offered and you know how to sell the benefits of our bursary offeringYou meet with your VPSA every week to discuss challenges as well as report on how your sales activities have occurred against set targets, and agree and implement solutions to any challenges post discussionWork at Sports and Social activities to ensure that students enjoy and participate in sports synonymous with our sales promiseYou use the CRM Information system to manage your CRM and sales processesMeet your key targets as set by your VPSAREPORTING LINESYou will report directly to the Vice Principal: Student Affairs and indirectly to the Campus Principal.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure all sales activity takes place in line with tasks that you have been set and in line with your campus marketing planAchieve your sales targetsEnsure that you are trained and coached with product knowledge and sales techniquesJOB HOLDER REQUIREMENTSSales experience in private education or within a service-related industryMinimum 1 year of sales experience.Relevant Tertiary QualificationAble to conduct one and one student interviews and family interviewsPossess excellent direct selling skillsAbility to constantly self-challenge and challenge others in a constructive wayDemonstrate integrity, tenacity, resilience, and adaptability in complex situations and a fluid environment; can handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlinesUtilise excellent communication skills and demonstrates intercultural adaptability and sensitivityDemonstrate proactive thinking skills and ability to make decisionsUse your time effectively and efficiently, set priorities and demonstrate time management skillsProficient in the use of Microsoft office suiteDegree/Diploma in a relevant field SALARY RANGER17 000 – R21 000 + commission opportunities.
