Responsible for growing and maintaining the Capsicum Culinary Studio Brand and achieving targeted growth.
KEY RESULT AREAS: To build the Capsicum Culinary Studio brand and achieve target growth for the companyEnsure all administrative duties are done timeously and Head Office and the Campus Principal are up to date with daily, weekly & monthly activities, and reports sent to Management as requestedEnsure implementation and adherence to policies and processes as set out by Legislation, Accreditation bodies, and Capsicum Culinary StudioTo contribute to the local community, project the values of Capsicum Culinary Studio, and implement the Capsicum Culinary Studio plan to decrease the carbon footprintQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 3 Year Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (NQF level 7) in Business / Marketing / Public Relations / Communication field or similarSales & Marketing Diploma (Ideal)SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Telephone EtiquetteAdvanced Oral & Written CommunicationValid driver's license & own vehicleTime Management & PlanningWillingness to LearnCustomer Service FocusedTarget driven with an ability to handle pressureEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 2 years in a target-driven sales environment with presentation to all levels1 year sales experienceValid driver's license and own vehicle
