Student Accommodation Residence Manager

A full-time residence manager is required to manage 100 plus students in the Vrededorp/Johannesburg region.
Candidate must meet the following criteria before applying for this post:

Experience in the field or working experience.
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office).
Fluent in English.
Mature.
Honest.
Reliable.
Hardworking.
Dedicated.
Own transport (own car and driver's license preferable).
Flexible to work on certain Saturdays.
Flexible to attend to students and emergencies after hours.
Oversee building caretaker.
Intellectual understanding.

Salary will be discussed during the interview period based on experience.
