Structural Technologist (Remote)

Design Excellence: Develop and refine structural designs for complex commercial, industrial, and luxury residential projects, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, inspect structural integrity, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards Client Liaison: Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control processes throughout all stages of the project to ensure flawless execution Innovation & Sustainability: Implement the latest engineering techniques and sustainable practices to create structures that are both innovative and environmentally responsible Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on high-end commercial, industrial, and luxury residential projects Exceptional design skills with proficiency in industry-standard software Proficiency in AutoCad and Prokon Qualification: BTech Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
