Structural Foreman

Our client in Dubai is seeking a Structural Foreman who is prepared to relocate and become part of their dynamic team.Applicants from Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal (Durban) and Limpopo are encouraged to apply.Requirements:Diploma or equivalent qualification.5-10 years hands-on experience in structural construction.2-3 years of supervisory experience.Registration with an engineering body (Highly advantageous).Must have a valid passport.Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day activities of construction teams working on structural elements, ensuring work is completed to high standards.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that construction processes align with project plans and timelines.Conduct regular inspections of structural work to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on site, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction, providing effective solutions to maintain progress.Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, material usage, and any incidents or accidents.Train and mentor junior staff and labourers on best practices, construction techniques, and safety measures.Serve as a point of contact between site workers and management, facilitating clear communication regarding project status and challenges.Manage the ordering and delivery of materials, ensuring that supplies are available when needed.Collaborate with other trades to ensure that structural work integrates smoothly with other aspects of the project.
