Hatch is seeking a motivated Structural Engineer to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG), to be based in our office in Greenstone Hill, Johannesburg.
As the successful candidate, you will: Be knowledgeable in the regulatory and code compliances and capable of ensuring the structural design deliverables are of a high-quality standard.Be responsible for the following:Preparation, review, and approval of design calculations, specifications, and design criteria deliverables.Preparing package documentation for procurement packages for the structural discipline.Review of Structural layout designs in 3D design tools.You bring to the role: 10+ years experience, with experience in Copper Concentration plants or designing Flotation plants.Registration as a Professional Engineer with ECSA.BSc/B.Eng degree in civil engineering or equivalent.Sound knowledge of the applicable codes and standards.Ability to collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions.Don't meet every single requirement?
