Structural Engineer - Consulting Industry

RPO Recruitment's client, a top engineering consulting firm in South Africa, is currently searching for a committed and hardworking Structural Engineer who can join their structural engineering department in Pretoria as soon as possible.
Responsibilities: Responsible for design of civil-structural infrastructure Produce and deliver associated reports and engineering drawings Manage project phases, deliverable timelines, and project performance Supervise and to co-ordinate the activities of the various resources involved in design and production Actively involved in contract administration and client liaison Requirements BSc/BEng degree in Civil Engineering At least 10 years' technical and practical experience in the field of civil/structural engineering (water retaining structures design experience advantageous) Professional registration with ECSA essential Have technical and practical engineering skills in the structural and civil engineering design of public, private and industrial infrastructure Have working knowledge of 3D CAD/Modelling and FEM analysis software (Working knowledge and proficiency in Autodesk Revit advantageous) A well-developed understanding of all the related engineering disciplines involved in the design of public, private and industrial infrastructure projects Have an excellent command of English Have excellent communication and critical thinking skills Ability to build and retain healthy relationships with others Be able to identify, analyse, and design solutions to engineering problems Collaborator with appreciation and aptitude for business expansion Benefits Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
