Job Summary:
Our New Orleans office is seeking a Structural Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician for full-time employment.
Applicants should be purpose-driven and indicate a strong interest in developing production proficiencies and standards in Revit.
In this role, you will: Project
•Executes the assigned structural modeling tasks
•Develops sheet views of plans, details and notes from the Revit model
•Maintains awareness of the production schedule for responsible task(s)
•Reviews completed tasks at key intervals for accuracy and completeness
•Assists with the development of internal drafting standards, including Revit families
•Assists in communicating with other disciplines and project team members to ensure overall
project coordination
•Participates in team and company-wide meetings to discuss project issues, coordination with
other disciplines and technical issues

You will be a great fit if you have:
•An Associate's Degree in CAD (preferred)
•Minimum 3 to 5 years of structural engineering experience with concrete, wood, steel or light gauge (required)
•Previous working experience with Revit (required)
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred
•Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing
•Ability to problem solve and collaborate on innovative solutions
•Ability to work in team environment
•Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
•Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected level of quality
