Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Proven experience in strategy and operations management, preferably in the fintech or stablecoin industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and execution of our clients strategic plans, aligning operational activities with long-term business goals.Oversee day-to-day Marketing operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and the seamless execution of processes across various departments.Collaborate with different teams, including marketing, finance, technology, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving organizational objectives.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing changes to enhance operational effectiveness.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational processes and track progress against strategic goals.Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with strategic objectives.Contribute to the establishment and management of long lasting and successful partnershipsIdentify and assess operational risks, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks and enhance the resilience of operations.Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making and support the on/off-ramp platforms competitive positioning.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment with our clients strategic vision.
