Your day as a Strategy and Policy Advisor could start with facilitating a workshop with colleagues and residents to help align departmental goals with Peabody's corporate strategy. Next, you might analyse data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions, followed by drafting a report for senior leadership to present at an upcoming board meeting. Later, you could be conducting horizon scanning to identify changes in housing policy, helping to ensure Peabody remains at the forefront of industry innovation and best practice.As a Strategy and Policy Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Peabody's mission forward. You'll support the development and operationalisation of corporate strategies, ensuring they are evidence-based and outcome-focused.
