Key Outputs

Conduct market and industry research to be shared with business in order to inform the strategic imperatives.
Participate in the development of business plan for BWE through the development of the fact base as presented to Executives.
Use best practices to collect and analyze information and develop key insights.
Share and communicate business and market information to key stakeholders.
Create and/or manage an efficient and effective market intelligence system.
Business reporting.
Manage governance processes for key strategic initiatives and projects for the business.
Manage governance process for sales and opportunities reviews across Southern Africa.
Facilitate and collate the annual business plans.
Coordinate the annual business strategic planning cycle in line with Barloworld Limited guidelines.
Consolidate regional and LoB inputs to the business plan.
Support Portfolio Manager, COE and Regional business leaders on strategy execution, oversight and monitoring.

This role will have responsibility for all Barloworld Territories in Southern Africa.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Minimum required qualifications:Applicable bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced degrees, such as a master's degree in strategic management or a related field will be advantageous.
Minimum required experience:• Between 3 and 5 years data collection and analysis.• Experience in industrial equipment or mining industry will be an added advantage.
Minimum required competencies:• Analysis and reasoning (L2).• Attention to detail (L3).
