A trailblazing fintech company, with a mission to provide energy independence to everyone by revolutionizing the delivery of hybrid solar solutions to homeowners and businesses, is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Projects Manager to join their dynamic Strategy department.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strategies to identify growth opportunities and strategic optimization for both local and international markets within the solar energy sector.
Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize and drive strategic projects aligned with the companys mission to expand energy solutions across Southern Africa.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities for solar energy adoption and infrastructure development.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key strategic projects across various markets, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, including defining project scopes, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
Requirements: Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, an MBA, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, business performance management, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in a management role, with a preference for backgrounds in consulting or startup environments.
Strong proficiency with strategy frameworks and methods, combined with hands-on experience in implementing these strategies in real-world projects.
A solid understanding of business development and commercial growth strategies.
