We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as the Strategic Projects Manager, working directly with our CEO to spearhead the development of our digital creative, media, and entertainment learning programs and partnerships.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Strategic Projects Manager, you will be the right hand of the CEO, playing a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing the development of our digital creative, media, and entertainment partnerships and programs. This role requires a versatile and strategic thinker with a background in management consulting, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for client success and relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Development:
You will be the right hand of the CEO to define the strategic vision and roadmap for digital creative, media, and entertainment learning programs.
Plan and execute program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Oversee budget development and management for various programs and projects.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with major corporate partners, including global media giants, to secure employment opportunities for our creative talent.
Engage with celebrities, investors, government agencies, art and philanthropic foundations, and other key stakeholders to foster partnerships, collaborations and success.
Interface with software and hardware providers to ensure the seamless integration of technological solutions used in training.
Relationship Success Management:
Ensure exceptional client experience and success by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining regular communication.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Project Management:
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor and manage project progress, proactively addressing risks and challenges.
Collaboration with Learning Teams:
Work closely with the Learning Experience Team and the Emerging Programs Lead to develop and execute innovative teaching pilots.
Collaborate with the Talent Readiness Team to build out long-term delivery plans and cohort rhythms.
Ensure alignment between program development and the learning strategies designed to meet industry demands.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all teams involved in the learning and development process.

BACKGROUND
2-5 years of experience in management consulting or a similar fast-paced, diverse work environment.
Demonstrable expertise in project management, including setting and keeping to timelines, milestones, and budgets.
Strong background in client success and relationship management, with the ability to engage with high-profile stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and solve issues effectively.
Experience working with senior leadership and managing cross-functional teams.
Passion for the creative, media, and entertainment industries, with a deep understanding of current trends and technologies.
