Krugersdorp Area – Gauteng: Our client is looking for a Strategic Maintenance Manager to join the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Workshop whilst playing a key role in developing and implementing long-term strategies. The Strategic Maintenance Manager will be expected to review the Workshop workflows and determine strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness and opportunities eventually making recommendations based on internal and external factors to minimize risks and formulate plans to achieve an organization's long-term goals. This role will also be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
