Our client in Tarlton, Gauteng, has a permanent senior role available for a Strategic Engineering Maintenance Manager (Agriculture industry).This role is open to all South African citizens with a valid ID.This role will be resonsible for developing and managing budgets, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Workshop whilst playing a key role in developing and implementing short, medium and long-term strategies.
This emcumbent will be expected to review the Workshop workflows and determine strenghts, weaknesses, operational effectiveness and opportunities eventually making recommendations based on internal and external factors to minimise risks and formulate plans to achieve an organisation's long-term goals.
This role will be responsible for developeing and managing relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
The Strategic Engineering Maintenance manager wil also continue the implementation and the execution of the Strategic Asset Management Plan, to ensure the business assets can successfully achieve their asset life cycles.
