Are you someone who can:
Measure constructs, such as commitment and trust, that create successful customer relationships.
Analyse customer data - seeking data-driven ways to enhance customer value.
Link customers to KPIs by directly measuring the drivers of purchasing behaviour and the impact these have upon delivering KPIs such as market share, profit and loss, recommendation, share of wallet, ROI.
Implement campaigns that drive revenue generation and customer retention on platform.
Oversee full value chain across all customer touch points and making sure elements are in line with the overall CVM strategy.
Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency.
You will be an ideal candidate if you can:
Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME's, project managers and senior staff members.
Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects/initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress - building segment branch capacity through analytical business thinking.
Ensure a collaborative network across business segments in order to achieve business objectives.
Initiate and manage market research, data mining and quantitative analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth.
Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes and services.

Have a relevant tertiary qualification.
Have certification in Analytics.
Have 3+ years relevant experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
