Strategic Business Manager (It Products)

We're looking for a Strategic Business Manager based in Johannesburg. Your role is pivotal in connecting Lenovo with the business unit, optimising capital utilisation. As the key liaison, you'll manage the Lenovo brand team, align sales efforts, and build relationships with the vendor. Your responsibilities include project prioritisation and leveraging your expertise in business solutions to drive the overall strategy.
Type: Onsite in Johannesburg
Salary: Up to R75K CTC
Responsibilities

Achieving gross profit targets while managing inventory and aged stock within budget.
Managing the Lenovo brand team, providing mentorship and coaching.
Fostering strong relationships with sales teams and the vendor.
Contributing to annual budgeting, developing relationships with partners, and facilitating business growth.
Building relationships within the company, facilitating training, managing the sales funnel, and executing marketing events.

Requirements

Matric certificate (with Maths) and a tertiary qualification in relevant fields.
5+ years of experience in IT distribution and team management.
Proficiency in project management, business development, and sales.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
A keen understanding of business acumen and excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Proactive, target-driven, and a strong team manager.
Passionate about sales and technology.
Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel and maintain a professional image.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R65000,00 - R75000,00 per month
