Augmented Reality is at the heart of the business model and allows them to guide and direct content creators and citizens through the storytelling process.How you'll roleAs the output editor, you'll have the mandate to drive innovation in news while working with video editors, producers, and journalists across the globe. Most importantly, you'll need to ensure that targets are met and output is maintained to the highest standards to keep the audience of 6M+ engaged.What you'll doWork closely with senior editorial managers to ensure targets are met and output is maintainedOversee the international team of video editors, producers, and journalistsDrive innovation in content creation (you'll have full editorial control)Select and compile material and productionPlan and implement effective use of resourcesReport on and increase viewers, watch times, & subscribersEnsure the highest standards of fact-checking and verification of all content that is producedWhat you'll needThe ability to make tough ethical and editorial decisionsAn excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends, especially among younger users (13 – 24 year-old Americans)A minimum of 5 years of experience working in social media video publishingA thorough understanding of user analytics across different platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)A desire to learn and innovateA great personality and the ability to communicate your ideas and progress to the team
