Stores Supervisor

DUR002217 - STORES SUPERVISOR - NORTH COAST KZN Purpose of the Job: Support the Procurement department with administrative tasks, managing documentation and systems (Maximo), while ensuring compliance with Food Safety and 5S Standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience: Matric / Grade 12 Diploma/Degree in Finance (preferred) Forklift certification Proficient in MS Office, Maximo, and SYSPRO Technical Tasks, Competencies & Experience: Organize and maintain housekeeping in store sections.
Interpret instructions for issuing/receiving goods and related administrative tasks.
Physically check inventory status and ensure correct binning.
Verify approvals for all requests.
Operate a forklift for issuing, receiving, and storing goods.
Notify supervisors of discrepancies in received goods.
Conduct regular stock counts and record quantities.
Engage with departments to share stock status and new arrivals.
