Required Qualifications / Experience: Matric with at least 2-3 years stores experience in a similar environment Ability to co-ordinate the stores activities within the branch Working knowledge of SAP, Excel and Microsoft Outlook Functional Skills: SAP transactions: MIGO_GR; MIGO_GI; MB52; MI01; MI04; MI07; ZMM02; MB1C Complete courier Waybills Excel MS Office (Excel & Outlook) Responsibilities: Provide assistance & support to branch storeman / Branch Administrator Receiving & Dispatching of stock Assist with checking stock before dispatching Conduct daily cycle counts and provide feedback to Storeman / Branch Administrator Ensure that all stock is labelled and in the correct bin locations Participate in quarterly stock counts and provide support to Storeman / Branch Administrator Keep bin locations updated, Supply list to Storeman / Branch Administrator to adjust when needed Check and label all orders to be sent to clients, branches and head office Use SAP to receive all stock into your branch Complete courier Waybills for stock that is being sent to customers or other branches Log all stock discrepancies from HO orders on dedicated Excel spreadsheet Write-off stock issued to Repairs, Training, Marketing, etc. Create branch stock list and check that all stock is labelled correctly and placed in correct bin locations Keep bin locations update on SAP. Print new labels when required and create bin locations for new parts Liaise with sales and technical departments and request that new stock items be extended to the store when required Write-up recon gearboxes from repairs and return to head office Liaise with sales and technical departments and consolidate special orders before placing weekly order with head office Contact couriers to arrange collection of stock to customers Assist with Stores housekeeping Adhere to safety requirements & PPE
