RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of company stock and Assets Compare invoices to items actually received to ensure that the items match invoice:All incoming stock to be recorded and captured electronically on SYSPRO to the relevant departmentsPrinting of all usages, keeping record of daily usages issued on excelPosting of transfers, after comparing received stock with transfer slips;Follow up on outstanding orders and shortagesSwopping out of spares/stockAll issuing of stock, equipment, tools etc must be recorded:All stock issued to technicians must be recorded and transferred to the respective locations All loan stock to be recorded and followed up on when it will be returned:Daily checks of spare bins to ensure there is enough stock:Plan and prepare monthly forecasts to ensure sufficient stock is ordered for the following month as well as Technical Coordinator forecastOrdering of stock weekly and monthly:High value stock to be counted monthlyMonthly stock takesDeliveries to be recorded and delivery sheets to be displayed on each item/boxOrder and authorisation of PC Hardware:Organising stock on shelves and bins with correct bin code and descriptionsPlacing of stock in correct areas for ongoing projectsAny discrepancies to be reported to direct supervisorHousekeepingGeneral office administration duties; filling, photocopyingObeying by the health and safety rules and regulationsPicking & Packing of Stock
