Stores And Warehouse Manager

Overview: Our client in the FMCG industry is looking to employ a Stores and Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the raw material stores and finished goods factory warehouse facilities, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage of raw material, and dispatching of finished goods to the distribution centre.
Minimum Requirements / Experience: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Management or a related field Minimum of 3 or more years' experience in warehousing and inventory management, preferably in a FMCG environment In-depth understanding of FMCG industry requirements for stores, warehousing, and distribution processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Valid Driver's license Strong knowledge of FSSC standards and requirements and the ability to ensure compliance in all areas of responsibility Competencies / Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively Adaptability to changes in the FMCG environment and ability to manage multiple priorities Key Responsibilities: Stores Management Inventory Management Warehouse Management Document control and compliance Staff management Health & Safety Communication and Coordination #J-18808-Ljbffr
