A highly advanced infrastructure, coupled with a constant drive for expansion, has allowed AFRIT to become the preferred trailer supplier for all leading transport and logistics companies within the southern hemisphere.Duties & ResponsibilitiesStoremanReceiving and processing store requisitionsKeeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracyWeekly and monthly stock takesEnsuring all stock control procedures are in placeInvestigating and resolving stock take variances promptlyProviding solutions to resolve and prevent future variancesManaging stock levelsIssuing and receiving all stockDaily planning of stock issuesInvestigating stock balance irregularitiesDaily stock issue reconciliationParts SalesSales of all parts related to company trailers and other partsMaintaining positive business relationships with customers to ensure future salesAssisting customers with queries and complaintsPreparing quotations for current and prospective customersFollowing up on quotationsCost calculations of products on saleDelivering partsDesired Experience & QualificationMatric (essential)Computer Literacy in MS Office (essential)Syspro knowledge or similar ERP system (essential)2-5 years of inventory/stock/warehousing experience (essential)Minimum of 1-year experience in sales (essential)Ability to commute/relocate:Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High School (matric) (Required)Experience:Sales: 1 year (Required)Stock/warehouse/inventory: 2 years (Required)
